MISSION & HISTORY.
ounded by a Mother and Son duo, this grassroot organization centers itself on strong family values.These values point towards helping others in the community navigate success through real life experiences. There’s nothing more genuine than a Mom having the experience of raising five very different children and placing them on a path to success.
It also is no more authentic than living the story of escaping the tight grasp of the streets as a young black man in inner city Chicago.
“I was just like everyone else. I wanted money. I wanted success. There were various paths one could take to attain that. I could have very well ended up on the wrong path, but deep down I wanted something different.
The mentoring piece is so important to me because I saw someone who looked like me, in a successful career making money in a legitimate way. That person became my mentor. This experience gave me all the confidence I needed to prepare myself for an opportunity that would change the course of my life forever. The rest is history.”
